Verify before construction

Always verify critical dimensions, gradients, clearances, material lists and cutting output before purchasing materials or beginning construction. Automatic planning and construction output are design aids, not a substitute for physical measurement.

Smart Route and large projects

Complex Smart Route searches can use the full selected search time and may not find a useful route in the available space. Large track plans, detailed terrain and realistic 3D can require significant memory and graphics resources.

Projects and compatibility

Project files are stored locally. Autosave and recovery are included, but important milestones should also be saved as normal project files and backed up independently.

Railmora creates a copy of an existing project before saving it in a newer project format. A project created by a newer Railmora format cannot be opened by an older version.

Distribution and updates

The Microsoft Store edition is signed, installed and updated by Microsoft. Store customers receive approved Railmora updates automatically.

The current release targets Windows 10/11 x64. Märklin C Track and KATO N UNITRACK are validated core libraries; the remaining published systems are clearly marked beta or preview while their catalogues expand. Cloud synchronization and multi-user collaboration are not included.
